I have an eclectic background and draw from many modalities and schools of thought. I am both somatically and relationally oriented, with a Master's degree in Somatic Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. I am a Sensorimotor practitioner, incorporating mindfulness and the latest in trauma theory into my work. I am strongly influenced by my life’s work in activism, feminism, and social justice movements. I have a deep appreciation for what it means to live in a world where power, privilege, and oppression impact all of us.
