  • I am a board certified psychiatrist offering an integrative and dynamic approach to mental health treatment utilizing functional medicine, emerging technologies, psychopharmacology, psychedelics and depth psychotherapy. My career trajectory has been diverse and has included research in integrative and holistic mental health, Eastern medicine, mindfulness meditation, and psychodynamic psychotherapy at institutions such as Weill Cornell, Oxford University, NYU, the Psychoanalytic Association of NY, and the C.G. Jung Institute of San Francisco.

As an MD at Helios Psychiatry and Wellness, I am able to offer a curated and interdisciplinary treatment protocol for patients including medication management and ketamine assisted psychotherapy. Psychedelic psychotherapy utilizing ketamine can be a transformative experience for patients with treatment resistant depression, PTSD, gender dysphoria, anxiety and OCD.
