Currently accepting new patients and providing services via phone and video. I am a Bay Area native and licensed clinician in private practice since 2018. I bring a deeply compassionate, nonjudgmental, and grounded approach to my work. I am passionate about helping people heal from stuck patterns, often rooted in painful experiences early in life. My lens is informed by the models of internal family systems, emotionally focused therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy.
I also love working with couples. I take a process approach to help partners be present and engaged in the immediate moment and find space to be fully seen and heard in ways that foster safety and connection. I am gender, sexuality, and relationship diversity affirming.
