  • There are elements to all of us that are hidden and unknown until we encounter right timing. It is important to uncover these secret parts of self, yearning to be discovered, with the right support. A few things you should know about what it's like to work with me: My style is warm, witty, compassionate + forthcoming. I value transparency, kindness, justice + joy. I'm directive when called for + I like to challenge my clients to go deep. I draw from my own experience of trauma + healing.

I reach to you from a deep well of wisdom, knowledge + understanding born of my own journey. I'll teach you how to access + trust your intuition, innate creativity + embodied wisdom using the teachings of modern psychology, Buddhist philosophy + for those interested, the tools of the Tarot. I enjoy working with women and non-binary folx ages 25 - 50.

If you're ready to step into your power, transform your wounds into well-being and embrace your greatest imaginings as well as the most dynamic version of yourself, give me a call to set up a free 20 minute consultation. I look forward to hearing from you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10+ years experience. After graduating with my Masters Degree from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work in New York City, I moved west to the Bay Area where I obtained Advanced Training at the Women’s Therapy Center in Berkeley, California. I was a student of yoga and mindfulness meditation at Piedmont Yoga in Oakland, California and received specific trauma-informed training via the Prison Yoga Project.
