I am influenced by emotion focused approaches, existentialism, sociocultural systems, psychodynamic perspectives, somatic awareness models and harm reduction.

I am kink and poly knowledgable and experienced working with variant sexual, erotic and relational lifestyles. I welcome and work with people of all genders and orientations. This includes non-binary, trans, gender fluid folks and any continuum of gender experience that best honors your authentic self. I welcome heterosexual, monogamous, and “vanilla” lifestyles, as well as LGBTQQIA+ people; polyamorous, altsex, BDSM and kink-identified people.

My approach is warm, compassionate, curious and brave. Consent and collaboration is at the center of how I work to support your autonomy and communication of your true needs, feelings and identity. I am transparent and real because I believe a solid therapuetic relationship is key to engaging in deep healing and change.

I have over 12 years of extensive training and experience in providing therapy in the areas of personal growth, trauma recovery, relationship dynamics, sexuality and intense states such as psychosis. I am also experienced working with altered states of conscioussness and spirituality
