I am highly supportive of, celebrate, and identify with alternative lifestyles and relationships as well as sexual and gender diversity.
I am currently offering online video sessions and outdoor, somatic-ecotherapy, social-distanced-with-masks-on sessions during the Covid-19 pandemic.
I identify as a queer cis-female/gender-exploring individual. I was born in Bulgaria and immigrated to the US when I was young. I attended UCSC to receive my Bachelor’s in Expressive Arts & proceeded to the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology to receive my Master’s in Counseling specializing in Transpersonal Psychology and Creative Expression. Along the way I also studied Holistic Health as well as Somatic Ecotherapy. My work is informed by an integrative, somatic, expressive, humanistic and mindfulness based approach as well as a social justice and feminist lens.
I am passionate in empowering, and helping individuals navigate through challenges in self esteem, identity, relationship, purpose, anxiety, and creative blocks. I believe in providing a safe and supportive space for all backgrounds and experiences. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients from various communities such as LGBTQ, poly, kink-friendly, artists/musicians/performers, psychedelic integration experiences, etc.
I would love to be here for you and help you understand what is happening in your life and how you can heal, grow, and transform yourself to be living your best life possible.
I have a strong belief in helping people find guidance within themselves for greater life potential, finding meaning, increasing inner peace, personal empowerment within their lives, communities, and the greater world.
