  • As an integral therapist, I draw from an eclectic toolbox based on what you need, including both more traditional talk-based therapies as well as more somatic (body-centered) approaches. My style is active and engaged, warm and curious, empathic and nonjudgmental. I incorporate mindfulness into sessions and I often support people with harsh inner critics with developing more self-compassion.

Many of the people I work with are recovering from depression, anxiety, abuse, and childhood wounding, often from the impacts of addiction or mental illness in the family, and are seeking to feel that they’re not just surviving, but truly thriving in this life. Learning to build and sustain satisfying relationships is often another major goal.

I’ve seen the power of this work to bring about deep transformation in people’s lives. I would love the opportunity to connect and see whether what I offer is the right fit for you.
