  • Are you looking for therapy to support and cultivate the wisdom of your whole being – mind, heart, body, and spirit? Would you like your challenges to be doorways to personal transformation?

You may be coming to therapy feeling alone or overwhelmed by life transitions, relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, grief, or loss. You may want to heal old trauma, change negative thought patterns, and break free of self-doubt. Or you may be feeling ready for deeper personal and spiritual growth. I support clients with these and many other issues in a warm, nurturing, non-judgmental way, informed by many years of both psychotherapy experience and spiritual practice.

My speciality is working with people who seek not only healing and balance but also richer meaning in their lives. I use a blend of practical, evidence-based, and depth-oriented approaches including: Attachment-Focused EMDR, Hakomi Somatic Psychotherapy, IFS-Oriented Parts Work (Internal Family Systems), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Ecotherapy.

I welcome people of all ethnicities, nationalities, gender identities, and sexual orientations. I am a body-positive, sex-positive, poly-friendly, and kink-aware therapist who honors your individuality and uniqueness.

Visit my website at for more information and to schedule a free consultation. I am currently seeing all clients virtually via video or phone. I am accepting new clients for both short-term and long-term work together.
