Hello, I'm Liz. I offer a radically inclusive, non-judgmental, loving place where we can shed more light on your inner landscape, so that you can navigate your life and relationships with more love and less suffering. I want you to have more effective tools when things get rough, and possess more self-love, mindful awareness, and compassion in your day-to-day life.
I specialize in LGBTQ++ individuals and couples, and all iterations of sex, gender and relationships. I work with poly, open, & kinky relationships (couples, triads or more), and those that may be considering opening their relationship for the first time. I also welcome trans folx who want to explore gender and transitioning in a safe space.
I hold an M.A. in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, where I focused on providing radically inclusive therapy from a holistic, humanistic perspective. I work with adults, couples, and relationships using a combination of attachment theory, mindfulness practices, and our relationship in the therapy room. I also have a B.F.A in Gender and Women’s Studies from UC Berkeley, and I am passionate about intersectional therapy that addresses how systemic inequalities affect our mental health, and does not recreate power imbalances in the therapy room.
In my previous experience, I had the pleasure of training at the Pacific Center for Human Growth, serving the LGBTQ++ community. I'm currently working at the Center for Mindful Psychotherapy. I welcome all people from all identities and backgrounds into my practice.
Mindfulness meditation practices and depth psychotherapy have been incredibly impactful on my life, and I feel very grateful to get to share these tools with you. I look forward to meeting you!
