  • The way we relate to ourselves is key to our well-being. In times of difficulty, we can be harshly self-critical, which can lead to depression or self-loathing, and can make it harder to achieve our goals. I help my clients shift their toxic inner voice and develop greater self-acceptance and inner warmth so they can walk through life with more confidence.I work with individuals who struggle with low self-esteem, self-criticism, depression & anxiety. After working with me, my clients report feeling more grounded and confident in their own skin. They are better able to navigate relationships, life transitions, and work-related stress. I will support you to feel at home in yourself, and be more free to live the life you want. I work to foster a safe, playful and warm relationship, and I will help you develop resilience in facing life's challenges. I also help people in relationships develop communication skills, navigate shifts and conflicts, and build more intimacy and trust. I provide queer and gender affirmative therapy to LGBTQ+ clients, and support individuals with socially marginalized identities address the long-term impact of discrimination and work towards healing. Working from a holistic perspective, I integrate trauma-sensitive, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and somatic approaches to therapy. I see therapy as a constantly evolving and dynamic process and my approach is tailored to your unique needs and interests. I believe you are intrinsically whole and worthy, and I trust in your wisdom, resilience and innate strengths. My role is to reflect back your own inner guidance.
