I am an energetic, sex-positive therapist providing individual and relationship therapy to just about anybody experiencing some kind of stress in their lives, which isn't hard in the Bay Area!
I'm curious about your identity- who you are, what you value, your strengths and your needs. From there, we will collaborate on coping skills, setting boundaries, and shaking off unnecessary beliefs that aren't doing you any favors. I specialize in working with the LGBTQ, kink, and polyamorous, and HIV+ communities. I have heaps of experience working with couples, throuples, or other poly configurations- whether you're a newbie or quite seasoned with nonomonogamy- it's my job to find what works for you and support you in achieving your most authentic, awesome self.
Here are the populations I have the most experience with (in no specific order)- anxiety-havers, stressed couples, families dealing with immigration stress, the poly community, relationship anarchists, queer folks, caretakers & other shrinks, older adults, sex workers, daydreamers, children of overbearing parents, people with annoyingly persistent depressive episodes, scientists, humans who find self-care difficult, introverts, extroverts, ambiverts, cannabis users, middle aged folks wondering if they're having an existential crisis, working moms who don't have time for your nonsense, people who are a little bit woo but cynical about it, curious people.
My private practice is in West Berkeley- I have sliding scale rates and flexible scheduling. The best way to reach me is to email firstname.lastname@example.org
