  • I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (CA#80099), Life Coach & Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) as well as a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator. I specialize in working with people who are interested in a holistic approach to self healing and empowerment. It is important to me that I offer clients a sacred space to share, authentic connection, and honest and direct communication. I practice a transpersonal and somatic approach to psychological counseling, coaching and healing. I bring a rich understanding of the body-mind connection as well as life experience and personal understanding to my work with individuals, couples, and families. I have been trained as a family systems therapist, and I offer an eclectic approach to my clients by using a foundation of client centered theory with somatic, humanistic and existential questioning, as well as extensive cognitive and behavioral techniques as needed. This approach is blended with a specialization in creative expression and extensive yoga, meditation and mindfulness-based stress reduction trainings. When working with my clients, I offer compassionate care in a non-judgmental environment. I consider myself open minded and informed. I am committed to providing a safe and hope-filled space for my clients to explore their experiences and move toward healing and transformation. Call me now for a free 15 minute phone consultation.
