  • Anxiety tension depression outrage and old survival roles keep us from being our full self. My goal is to help clients find their authentic self and authentic sexuality and be able to relate fully to others to create the relationships that they most want. I have 40 years experience helping others. My primary lens is to see human relationships as a system and by seeing the system we can take things less personally and find ways to release ourselves. II work with trauma using EMDR and somatic approaches. I'm trained Bean group dynamics and believe groups are a critical phase for many people in psychotherapy. I run group for men that are also open to trans folks. I'm deeply interested in the journey all of us take in our sexuality identity orientation and how that changes over a lifetime.
