The focus of my practice is relationship and sexual issues. I work with couples and individuals to end negative relationship patterns, to help people become the partner they want to be, and to build the kind of relationship they want to have. I often help people with sexual issues like increasing sexual satisfaction, negotiations for kink, resolving sex frequency desire differences, erectile dysfunction, difficulties having orgasms, and sexual pain. I often help people in relationships with issues like regulating arguments, decreasing argument frequency, conflict resolution skills, reconnecting after many years of parenting, recovering from infidelity, recovering from a breakup, navigating open relationship agreements, or questioning about staying or leaving a relationship.
I love working with sexual diversities of all kinds from orientation and gender identities to poly or kinky folks. Sometimes people with those diversities don't need help with those issues, they just want a therapist they don't have to educate or hide from. I am happy to help people in queer and kinky communities with anxiety, depression, OCD, or other common mental health needs. I also love serving people of color because several significant mentors in my life were people of color.
Once you're ready to give me a call I usually ask for a 15-20 minute conversation so we can make sure there's a good fit. If you are interested in working with me but still unsure follow the link here to my website and look around. Many potential clients appreciate reading my blog and seeing how I think about relationships and how I help with specific issues relevant to them.
