I found this work and passion through a mid-life awakening. I take part in dance and moving meditation practices that also inform my approach.
I provide a safe, collaborative home base that responds to what you bring forth. Weaving in aspects of body, mind and spirit, and moving towards integration of those, through relational, somatic, analytic, and mindfulness therapies. Through our work, you may be able to experience relief, greater grounding and clarity, more aliveness, and a deepening into essential self.
I welcome diversity of all kinds, and am nurturing a specialization in those who have experienced trauma or misattunement on any level. Come as you are. It would be a privilege to walk this path with you.
