  • I have 20 years of clinical experience and do individual therapy. I work with ALL adults who wish to make positive changes in their lives and relationships. I offer collaborative psychotherapy and I am an integrative clinical psychologist. This means I use various techniques as appropriate, such as EMDR, CRM, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Techniques, and others. I use a non-pathologizing style of talk therapy. Ultimately, my goal is to create a safe and compassionate environment to explore and work. I am experienced in working with a diverse range of individuals and have a profound respect for all lifestyle choices, cultural backgrounds, and identities. My personal style is direct but calming, curious, compassionate, and respectful.
