Life can bring so many uncomfortable, challenging and painful experiences. As well as beautiful, fulfilling and hopeful moments. It can be hard to process and integrate everything. This can lead to feeling split, depressed, numb, and out of touch. Many of our painful experiences come from within relationship with others. I offer a space where repairing those experiences is possible. I will meet you where you are at and be a non-judgmental witness to your healing process.
My approach to therapy is Person-Centered and is oriented within the framework of both Expressive Arts Therapies as well as a Psychodynamic lens. I can offer creative arts interventions based in visual, written, musical/lyrical, and movement.
