When anxiety ramps up or depression pulls you down, getting through the day can feel like a lot. You might be overthinking everything and your mind won’t stop racing, or you might be heavy, slow, and struggling to feel anything at all. It just seems like you’re struggling more than others, and you’re tired of feeling this way. You’re ready to feel more grounded, build your confidence, and find clarity and purpose. Relief is possible—you just need some help getting there. I specialize in working teens and adults struggling with anxiety and depression. We’ll explore what’s beneath why you feel the way you do—not just through your thoughts, but also through your body—to help you shift what’s keeping you stuck at a more embodied level. I pull from different approaches—Hakomi somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems, DBT, and attachment and early childhood experiences—to tailor a holistic approach that fits your needs. I may ask questions to help you challenge your inner critic. Or offer practical tools to build healthy habits and structure your day. Or facilitate a mindful, somatic exploration or explore inner child work. Whatever the process looks like, I’m here to help you move towards living the life you want. I’ll be honest with you, challenge you when you need it, and help you see the patterns you’re in. I’m here to meet you in this work with warmth, care, and deep investment in your healing. Together, we’ll help you step into a life of greater ease, resilience, and fulfillment. All parts of your identity are welcome here, including those you’re still exploring. I bring my perspective as a second-generation Chinese American cis-woman, and have had the privilege of supporting clients from various communities, including BIPOC, immigrant, ENM, and LGBTQIA+.
