Biographical Info
I see individuals and couples who are coping with anxiety, chaos, overwhelm, depression, loss, grief, trauma, relationship sex and intimacy challenges. I hold a gentle pace for difficult emotions, shadows, unexpressed thoughts, desires, and needs to be explored with kindness, acceptance, and when needed, challenge in the interest of the client's therapy goals. Clients have come to me from technology, healthcare, academia, entertainment, arts, and alternative industries. I help clients through life transitions and integrations, be it personal growth through adversity, (re)claiming one's identity, (re)defining one's life path after a life altering event, bereavement, altered state or out of ordinary integrations, realignment of a purposeful career change, or a desire to explore vulnerability, authenticity, and establishing more meaningful bonds in relationships. Through the process of curious exploration, in the here and now, I help clients clarify, bring awareness to their inner wisdom, heal wounds, and be able to move through life with more ease, joy, and confidence as their authentic self. I hold a M.A. in Integral Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies, and a B.A. in Liberal Studies, with concentrations in English and Business Administration from University of California, Riverside. I work through a Gestalt, Humanistic, Transpersonal, Harm Reduction lens. After completing an Associateship and Practicum at Church Street Integral Counseling Center in San Francisco, I have been a member of Bay Area Gestalt Institute, and The Couples Center as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I am a Group Facilitator for Integrative Psychiatry Institute's Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Training program. I am also a Study Therapist of UCSF Weill Institute for Neurosciences Translational Psychedelic Research Program.
