  • I see therapy as a co-created relationship and my aim is to show up in a way that makes that relationship feel supportive and safe to you, a ground from which we can explore your experiences, parts of self, wants, needs, and boundaries together. I also see therapy as a liberatory space to resist oppressive forces including racism, capitalism, ablism, xenophobia, transphobia, and fat-phobia. My hope is that through our work together you will experience more of your own agency and authenticity, and a greater sense of “home” within yourself.

I tend to invite awareness of your present moment experience, and together we can follow what feels alive to you. I am there to witness and support your process, and sometimes offer invitations or explorations that allow your truth to emerge. I use a trauma-informed and strengths-based lens that includes an understanding of and resistance to systems of oppression.

I work with adults, teens, dyads/couples and families including people of all gender identities and sexual orientations. I also run groups for white folks who want to process their white supremacist conditioning and show up more responsibly in their relationships and communities.

As with any relationship, it may be helpful to try out meeting to see how it feels being in contact with one another. If you'd like to share a free introductory phone call, please feel free to call, text, or message me.
