  • Expect warmth, authenticity, and respect for self-determination in our sessions. I tailor treatment based on a client’s unique challenges and goals. For those facing anxiety or trauma, I help them face their fears in a systematic manner. Therapy also entails helping clients challenge stuck points to gain a sense of empowerment over unhelpful thoughts. For those facing insomnia, I guide them to increase sleep efficiency. My aim is to help clients live a life that is fuller and more in line with their values.

I am passionate about tailoring therapy to best serve clients while being respective and affirming of race, ethnicity, class, gender identity, sexuality, size, as well as other factors. I am dedicated to helping clients build resilience in the face of various systems of oppression. I welcome Black Indigenous and People of Color, queer/trans folks, members of the kink community, and those practicing non-monogamy into my practice.

I am dedicated to providing gender-affirming care for trans, nonbinary, and gender non-conforming clients. Trans healthcare has a long history of gatekeeping and robbing trans people of their autonomy. My approach involves respecting client self-determination and imparting tools to foster resilience in the face of oppression.

I am trained as a generalist, meaning I am equipped to help clients facing a variety of difficulties. My expertise is in helping those facing anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, trauma, and insomnia. I have specialized training in Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure for PTSD as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia.

In each of us, there is an intrinsic drive towards growth. Allow this drive to guide you to live a fuller life. Call me to schedule a free phone consultation to see if we are the good fit for each other.
