  • Perhaps you struggle with anxiety, forming boundaries, managing your relationship to food or intimacy, or are wanting to know yourself better.... Perhaps you are a couple needing support with feeling seen or heard by each other, navigating a cycle of conflict, or preparing for an upcoming transition.... Much of what we practice in our lives - our thoughts, feelings and behaviors - have an origin in the body. As your somatic psychotherapist, I am here to support you in that journey.

My approach is considered somatic, experiential and relational. In other words...
-- I engage you with how you are speaking to yourself non-verbally (somatic)
-- I offer tools that engage an embodied approach to the work (experiential), and
-- I explore how you are "doing" relationship with me, or with your partner or family (relational)

You've already taken a first step by coming to this page. Are you ready to take another? I invite you to reach out to me or check out my website, where I have more information about my approach to somatic therapy. I have current availability to meet with individuals, couples and family dyads. I'd love to hear from you!
