Are you ready to create change in your life?
Wanting to feel more empowered in your relationships?
Seeking support in healing from past abuse and trauma?
Longing for deeper connection to your purpose, joy, and creativity?
I congratulate you on taking this first step towards personal growth and transformation. I am here to provide a supportive, safe space for you to try new ways of being in the world. I have a grounded, compassionate, playful, and creative personality as well as an abundant therapeutic toolbox to support you in your healing journey.
In addition to being a psychotherapist, I specialize in Expressive Arts Therapy which uses a wide range of artistic methods (visual arts, music, movement, writing, and drama). But do not fear, you do not have to be “good” at art! We all have a natural capacity for creative expression and I believe in the healing power of the arts. Together, we can unlock and harness your creative power in service for healing.
I have worked in the fields of mental health and the arts for over 10 years serving a diverse range of youth and adults. As a psychotherapist and expressive arts therapist, I work with people of all backgrounds and lived experiences. I offer affirmative, knowledgeable, and trauma-informed services for individuals who are part of the LGBTQ+, BDSM/Kink, and Non-Traditional Relationship communities.
Individuals seek me out for support with:
• Abuse &Trauma
• Chronic Illness & Chronic Pain
• Depression & Anxiety
• Inner Child Healing & Childhood Trauma
• Loss and Grief
• Relational Challenges
Reaching out for support takes courage, and finding the right therapist is an important decision. I am here for you during this process! I offer free consultations to explore if we are a good mutual fit.
