I provide individual and family/relationship therapy and welcome LGBTQ folks and people who are having questions about their sexual orientation or gender identity. I’m also very comfortable with people who identify as polyamorous or who choose or are considering other types of open relationship as well as folks who engage in or are curious about their interest in kink. I love working with parents and have a lot of experience working with people who have experienced trauma. I also have an MFA in creative writing/poetry and love working with other artists and creative people.
If you are someone sho isn't looking for a quick fix or solution, I can help. When life happens, maybe you're someone who digs in, explores and wants to truly understand. It takes courage to sit with the layers of your experience and both the light and shadow inside you.
People in your life may not understand why you want to develop more insight into your internal world and relationships and they may not be able to do the work with you. You want to develop a greater self-awareness and you know that there’s freedom in that.
Or maybe you’re hurting, struggling or feeling confused and you don’t know what do do about it. But you’re willing to work together with me to find understanding and healing.
I will sit with what’s hard for you and help you develop greater clarity and the ability to trust your own wisdom. I’ll create a compassionate space to explore and help you find a greater acceptance of your whole self.
I'll help you discover a greater sense of freedom.
You'll find me warm, compassionate and non-judgmental in our work together. And finding someone you can feel comfortable with is so important.
Give me a call for your free 15-minute phone consultation. Let’s see if this feels like a fit for someone you’d trust for the intimate dialogue of therapy.
