  • I support people in living well-nourished, beautiful and meaningful lives. My style is warm, respectful, intuitive, and collaborative. I tailor methods to fit your needs and bring attention to mind, body and spirit as well as the impacts of social and environmental context. I offer expressive arts, mindfulness and somatic approaches.

I have provided supportive services at Pacific Center for Human Growth, supporting LGBTQIA-2S communities in the East Bay. I have also worked with Gender Spectrum, supporting gender-expansive youth. Additionally, I have experience with hospital-based care around psychiatric emergency, addiction, chronic pain, end of life, and potentially terminal illness, with much attention given to spirituality. I have been involved with The Body Positive for several years and serve adolescents in Richmond, California.
