As of 1/1/2021, I am not accepting new individual adult clients. I have openings for couples/relationships, adult family therapy, and adolescents aged 14-17.

As a therapist, my style is warm, authentic, caring, and straightforward. I come from people who talk deeply and seriously, and laugh a lot. My work with clients revolves around exploring how we see our internal worlds, how to hold the depth and intensity of our emotional experiences, and the everyday impact of intergenerational trauma. We all are impacted by the systems we are embedded in - and I am a strong advocate for folks navigating systems of oppression and cultural narratives that have negatively impacted their lives.

With a collaborative and non-judgmental witness, you can begin to hold yourself with more self-compassion, and quiet the harsh self-critic that you’ve been living with for so long. Together we will peel back the layers of oppressive narratives and expectations that have held you back, and expand your vision for hope, pleasure, and belonging within yourself. Together, we can find the right tools, support, and research-based practices so that confidence is accessible and you can have a sense of wholeness while navigating life’s difficulties.
Specializing in work with LGBTQ+, BIPOC, Biracial/Multiracial/Mixed folks, interracial couples/relationships, and those who are non-monogamous. I also work with folks who identify as highly sensitive people, analytical thinkers, activists, healers, and those who have liminal or ambiguous cultural experiences. I locate myself in the therapy space as a non-binary femme, mixed-race, relationship anarchist, and with strong immigrant roots.

I can be reached at or 510-592-7933 for a free 20-30 minute consultation to see if we're a good fit. I am currently accepting new clients for telehealth-only sessions in the state of California.
