As a Licensed Psychotherapist & Certified Complex Trauma Professional, I help my clients overcome the kind of trauma that comes from abusive, neglectful, or chaotic upbringings. My clients often struggle to understand who they are at their core. Many have experienced early traumatic events, and many have histories of unhealthy relationships that are repetitions of their early trauma. Many feel lost, confused, or battle self-sabotaging behavior because of painful experiences. I have 15+ years in private practice empowering my clients to heal their pasts and build healthy, authentic, and lasting relationships with themselves & others.

I provide a safe space for reflection and self-discovery, making connections between formative experiences and how we see ourselves in the world, while navigating healthy boundaries in relationships that reflect self-awareness and self-acceptance.

I am friendly and knowledgable in working with clients across gender and sexuality spectrums, as well as those who engage in consensual sexual behaviors including but not limited to kink and polyamory. I am committed to the continual pursuit of culturally responsive care.
