  • Since you are here, you are probably not feeling so great. You may be sad, anxious, crying a lot. You may be fighting a lot with your love one(s). Or struggling with issues around your sexuality.

I provide therapy for people involved in alternative relationship configurations such as consensual non-monogamy (including solo polyamory), swinging, and kink. I use a variety of methods and don't believe in cookie-cutter approaches. Some of these approaches are psychodynamic, cognitive behavior therapy, solution-focused, non-violent communication, EMDR, and I am trained in Gottman techniques (for couples) Level 2. I also love to work with introverts, people in academia, classical musicians, social justice advocates, people who live in rural communities, children and grandchildren of Holocaust survivors, nonprofit executives, sex-positive women, military brats, and highly intelligent people.

I describe myself as highly professional and informal. I work in-person in Rohnert Park and online. (I can't do online if you are on Medi-Cal or Medicare). I encourage you to check out my web site for more information at Feel free to call (707-304-4245) or email ( if you have questions or to set up an appointment.
